POLICY
Booking Policy
You can schedule your first and all subsequent visits with us by clinic number, sending us a message on messenger and through our website and will have a ₱ 500.00 reservation fee. charged prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours before your schedule visit by message via email, messenger or text message sent to our number 09910313695. If you fail to inform us in time, the reservation will be void.
Terms and Condition of Offers
Offers are subjects to time limits and are only available in the described time frame.
Services Bundle Policy
Purchasing a whole course of services you can benefit form a special offer. Prices on our website and facebook profile are based on pre payment for a course of services. A whole course of services has to be paid on the first visit. It is possible to split the payment into two installments, 50% each one course not transferable.
Payment Methods
Our clinic accepts payments in cash, G-cash and Bank Transfer. Money is to be transferred prior to the appointment
Late Arrivals
Tardiness scheduled appointments have a 15 minutes grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be late than 15 minutes, Please call ahead to see i we have the availability to complete your service in full.
No shows
If you make an appointment that you did not cancel & did not show up. The reservation fee will be voided
Complimentary
If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the spa we will gladly make the corrections if necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 Days of your original services. No Refund is given after it has been rendered.
